Design – Inspired by a rich history of craftmanship
Designed in partnership with London based interior design consultancy Fabled Studio, Hart Shoreditch seamlessly blends the vibrant heritage and modern-day creativity of Shoreditch to create a contemporary living experience inspired by a rich history of craftmanship.

Deeply rooted in celebrating the industries that once thrived in Shoreditch, such as furniture makers and carpenters, beautiful features can be found throughout the hotel. The stunning statement wrought iron staircase replicates the silk weaving process, made of iron and copper with large moons proving an unmissable Instagram picture. A series of large dark mahogany lights comprised of cabinetmakers boxes adorn the ceiling of the bright and airy lobby space, sending a nod to the craftmanship of times past.

Hammered copper detailing on the reception desk harks back to the metalworkers of Victorian Shoreditch and soft textures alongside industrial touches provide a workshop aesthetic. Books and décor have been carefully selected from the local antique shops, whilst bespoke carpets and fabrics made in East London help showcase the strength and beauty of taking raw materials and refining them.

Tavla Bar & Barboun Restaurant – Levantine Inspired Dining
Guests can enjoy a Turkish coffee cooked over hot sand at the Tavla bar. Providing a vibrant space to enjoy a light snack and some local music, the Tavla bar celebrates emerging talent with carefully selected vinyl DJs setting the tone for the evening.

The Barboun restaurant is a spacious Eastern Mediterranean restaurant and bar serving freshly prepared dishes cooked over the wood fire and grill inspired by the flavours from Levantine.
