Ultrafabrics explores the volume of colour at Clerkenwell Design Week

Ultrafabrics returns to Clerkenwell Design Week (CDW) 2022: 24 – 26 May 2022 with a programme of product launches, talks and workshops.

Ultrafabrics, the global leader in animal-free performance fabric, returns to Clerkenwell Design Week (CDW) 2022 with an exhilarating programme of product launches, talks and workshops. Created to offer a holistic, multisensory experience, the CDW showcase will be hosted in Ultrafabrics’ Clerkenwell showroom – which will be open to the design and architecture community, as well as the general public, between 24 – 26 May.

Launching globally at CDW 2022, Ultrafabrics will bring its new curated palette, HUSH to its showroom. Comprising 13 whites and off-whites, HUSH has been carefully selected to express the full power of this unique yet often overlooked hue.

Jennifer Hendren, Senior Director of Product Development with Ultrafabrics, comments, “For us, white is a calming yet dynamic neutral. It creates a quiet calm to ponder possibilities and invites us to wind down and, at the same time, wake up.

“At a moment when many of us crave tranquillity and sanctuary, white gives us clarity and the space to transform.”

At CDW 2022, HUSH will be presented in a specially designed installation by leading stylist Despina Curtis – entitled The Volume of Colour. Visitors to the showroom will be invited to re-engage their senses and take a moment of quietness, stillness and reflection amid the bustling setting of the festival.

In addition, a coordinating series of talks and workshops to explore the theme of colour and the senses will take place across the three days of CDW 2022 – more details to be announced.

With high-performance functionality and ultimate comfort intertwined, Ultrafabrics helps create uniquely sensorial and colourful surroundings.
